Calibration

ITC’s calibration laboratory gives you the confidence in your equipment that you need to maintain your quality systems. We are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and provide traceability to NIST and NRC standards.

Our group of experienced technicians and metrologists ensure your equipment is calibrated accurately and effectively. We focus on five main areas: dimensional, pressure, force, mass, and hardness, and we can even come to you for on-site calibrations.

Engineering Consulting

Not all testing requests follow an internationally accepted standard, and so ITC has an engineering department that can make your desired test plan a reality.

Utilizing our testing equipment and years of experience, we can assist you in your quest for more information about your product. Our testing equipment and measurement transducers are calibrated, maintained, and traceable to NIST or NRC standards, and our technicians and engineers are experienced in determining what you want and how to get it.

Product and Material Testing

ITC’s mechanical testing laboratory provides solid information about the products and materials you need to test. With a fully capable machine shop, we can take your raw material and determine its mechanical properties, so you can ensure your design requirements are met.

Our lab focuses on standard physical testing, which includes tensile, hardness, impact, and fatigue testing to learn as much about your materials as possible. We are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, with our scope of accreditation containing standards from ASTM, ASME, and CSA.

Noise & Vibration Testing

Noise and vibrations can negatively affect your comfort and quality of life, but ITC has the tools and knowledge to determine the cause and suggest a solution for your unique situation.
